Join us for a screening of the best paddling films from around the world! In partnership with friends at the Haw River Ballroom, The Haw River Canoe & Kayak Co. is showcasing select films from the 2026 International Paddling Film Festival. These world-class short films celebrate the paddling community, featuring paddlers who overcome incredible challenges and adversity while forming deep connections with nature and each other. From Haw River Canoe Club tentative agenda::
In the morning, we will have hiking and hopefully paddling events. The afternoon will probably feature a discussion on How to Protect a River, and like last year, we will have a River Social before showing two-hours worth of paddling films from all over the world. The 22nd Annual International Paddling Film Festival is a definite.
