This is not a CKC sponsored event. Simply Kayaking invites you to join us for a morning of paddle games, swimming, potluck picnic, and hopefully a water fight! It’s always a nice leisurely time; meet new paddlers, chat, catch up, play, eat. This year in lieu of an early paddle we will be offering paddle games to start our day! So arrive early to get in on the fun! Shorter boats encouraged to increase the steering challenge and level the paddling field! And BESIDES your kayak, bring your favorite inflatable toy to hand-paddle yourself into infamy and silly greatness!! (SUP/kick boards banned) choose your inflatable craft wisely (or not) and win bragging rights for all time!! Due to summer travel of organizers and recent flooding, etc, we haven't posted many paddles. We hope you'll renew your interest in paddling and join us for this event!!!
If we get rained out, we’ll try again the following day, Sunday 10th..so put rain date on your calendar too!

Please leave dogs at home! and please announce in comments section if bringing anyone under 18. This is great event for kids of all ages as long as they can swim, where a PFD and participate!

There's an ent. fee per carload, 7$ or 5$ for seniors

Potluck:  Please bring a dish/contribution to share, we'll supply water kegs, paper products.
